Rocca d’Anfo is the biggest Napoleonic fortress in Italy, it is located on the western side of Lake Idro. It consists of great historical military fortifications and breathtaking landscapes, overlooking the crystal-clear water of the Lake.
This military complex was built in the XV° (fifteenth) century by the Republic of Venice and it was greatly expanded during the Napoleonic period.
